What’s so hilarious about the whole issue that u have used the word ”joke”?Is Supreme Court some sort of club where guys like you crack a joke ?

If U are interested in condemning SC you can use sensible phrases other than talking like a street urchin !!

The law is much than the ass. That is why we have cases of IPC498A and DV act where women file false cases to cover up their misdeeds such as adultery and then get the victim guys to pay maintenance sitting in jail! While the guy sits in jail with rowdies, the lady takes possession of his house using the DV act after the guy learns that the lady had an extra-marital relationship. Yes, the law is ass and beyond because it continues to harass innocents and allowed criminals to torture innocents. Read the ass laws IPC 498A, Domestic violence act, adultery act, alimony act, child custody act, etc. The law which should protect innocents and punish the guilty is doing the opposite. In this case, the lady is a victim. But in other cases, men are much more harassed. Here, the pregnant lady was kicked out by her -in-laws after her hubby’s death. Then the greedy in-laws grabbed her money after her death. In other cases, greedy and bitchy wives and her parents file false cases against men, grab their property, while the men lose their jobs and yet have to pay maintenance.

No, I don’t hate women. I hate the attitude of society towards men and their rights. That includes your own comment here. You are assuming that I am a hater of women because I fight for men’s rights. And you are also assuming that I had some serious problem that makes me do this. That attitude is what I am fighting against. Instead of looking at my articles and replies rationally, people jump to conclusions and have their own mindsets. Can’t you change your mindset and look at what I have to say rather that what I may be?

People’s views and peceptions are based on their own experiences and the media inputs that they get, besides, generally prevailing social standards and expectations. Hence, they view my articles as being anti-women and assume that I am a woman hater. But strangely, they do not have the same barometer for feminist articles as being anti-male. Nor do they have a similar judgement about other articles. How is that?

Why should write articles against women? My articles are against feminism - not women. Do you know the difference between feminism and women? If a person writes against Talibanism, does that make him/ her anti-men and man-hater? Do you know the difference between Talibanism and men? So, why should I write some stupid article saying that all women are bad? You can go and write it yourself if you wish. See, this is exactly what I am fighting against. The preudice is so deep-rooted in society that you cannot see the difference between what I stand for and what you understand. If I fight against feminist laws, I automatically become anti-female. How can that be?

Hey Arvind...get off your High Horse....there is no condemning of the SC....even the judge who passed the judgement regretted that the law is such.

What i meant is that there have to be options of going by individual merits rather than a dumb law..

The isue i made is that the law is blind and this is one such case.Even the judge regretted his judgement.

The issue is not men or woman...the issue is that the law will be better if there can be provision for looking at the individual side of each care rather that a common applicable law.

This is the point that i make....we need a relook at the law...a law that is also very outdated..

Judges in both SC and High Court have huge experience.They have many times delivered judgments on merit of the case rather than going by the harsh interpretation.

The judges also said that in law legal points are preferred over emotions.

However, I do agree there has to be change in laws that are not in tune with times.

In this connection I am presenting you a link in which SC has stated that women cannot commit rape.However, going by the case details and definition of rape she is guilty.But SC went in for liberal view and eventually quashed the MP High Court judgment.

However, I am searching for a recent judgment of SC in a very similar case.Here too judges took the same stand that by stating that women cannot be accused in rape case.In my eyes,it’s an erroneous view of SC as it’s not on par with reality.
