Cry...for the unwanted deaths!

It’s really happening, in spite of all the words and the world powers talking whether the Indian Government, whether the United Nations, US, UK, EU… what spineless characters?

Will the world ever learn? We all saw it coming. The Sri Lanka government kept telling that they would not be using heavy arms in the No Fire Zone and their objective was to save the civilians first...that the LTTE has run out of steam and would be finished within the narrow strip of 4.5 SqKms.

Over 1500 innocent children, mothers, old aged and others have been killed, maimed for life, severely injured in indiscriminate shelling in the last two days.

Forget taking care of its citizens or ensuring basic essentials maybe the cost of putting to death is cheaper that having to take care at the cost of one artillery shell you can kill scores, much cheaper. Hmmm!

The world needs to take a bow at every turn whether the Jews, Palestinians, Arabs, Tamils, Muslims irrespective of religions when genocide happens the world has the ring side view. Yet never rings the bell to stop the round. Only carnage to the finish is a wholesome appetizer.

Now wait for the Main Course to be served. Tamil Meat cooked in Sinhalese Delight served with UN Plates by EU and US waiters in an Indian Restaurant.

I wonder why the whole world is mum on this issue. Is it the pressure from India? Sri Lankan government is committing genocide and the so called champions of human rights are mysteriously silent on this issue.

It's a shame that plight of Tamil civilians is barely covered in the press. Ms. California and her opinion on gay marriage have had more coverage in the US media.
